Ein altes Sprichwort sagt uns: \"Not macht erfinderisch\". Sicherlich hat das Jahr 2020 viele Millionen Menschen dazu gebracht, neue Werkzeuge und neue Arbeitsweisen zu nutzen, die sie vielleicht nie ausprobiert h\u00e4tten, wenn es die Pandemie nicht gegeben h\u00e4tte. F\u00fcr diejenigen von uns, die seit Jahren versuchen, die Menschen zu ermutigen, auf Cloudworking umzusteigen, muss das doch eine gute Sache sein, oder? Nun, ja und nein...<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

Die Wahrheit ist, dass f\u00fcr viele Menschen die Erfahrungen, die sie in den letzten Monaten in dieser neuen Welt gemacht haben - einer Welt der Video-Meetings, der Online-Dateispeicherung, der Chat-basierten Kommunikation und des kollaborativen Arbeitens -, nicht optimal waren. Meiner Meinung nach besteht die Gefahr, dass viele dieser Menschen zu ihren alten und vertrauten Arbeitsweisen zur\u00fcckkehren w\u00fcrden, wenn sie k\u00f6nnten. Und einige der Firmen, f\u00fcr die sie arbeiten, lassen dies vielleicht auch zu. Intelligente Unternehmen haben jedoch erkannt, dass sich die Welt ver\u00e4ndert hat, und sie reagieren auf diesen Wandel und nehmen ihn sogar an. Wie der US-General Eric Shinseki zu seinen Befehlshabern zu sagen pflegte: \"Wenn Sie den Wandel nicht m\u00f6gen, werden Sie die Irrelevanz noch mehr hassen\".<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Die Realit\u00e4t ist, dass der Geist aus der Flasche ist und nicht mehr zur\u00fcckkehrt. Kluge Unternehmen erkennen das und passen sich neuen Arbeitsweisen an. Diejenigen, die diesen \u00dcbergang erfolgreich meistern, verstehen, dass es nicht ausreicht, einfach neue Tools bereitzustellen und die Mitarbeiter damit allein zu lassen. Smartworking ist eine Kultur, kein Werkzeugkasten, und Kulturen brauchen Zeit - manchmal eine lange Zeit - um sich so zu etablieren, dass sie die eigentliche DNA einer Organisation sind. Im Grunde h\u00e4ngt der Erfolg, wie bei so vielen Dingen, vom Kaliber der F\u00fchrung ab.<\/p>

Unabh\u00e4ngig davon, ob Ihre Organisation diese Art von F\u00fchrung aufweist oder nicht, gibt es F\u00e4higkeiten, die jeder von uns entwickeln kann, damit wir die neuen Arbeitsweisen flie\u00dfend beherrschen. Warum sollte man das tun? Nun, eines Tages - und aufgrund der Pandemie k\u00f6nnte dies fr\u00fcher der Fall sein, als wir dachten - wird alle Arbeit so sein, und es wird von Ihnen erwartet, dass Sie \u00fcberall, jederzeit und auf jedem Ger\u00e4t einen Beitrag leisten k\u00f6nnen. Es ist - noch - nicht in jedem Sektor notwendig, diese F\u00e4higkeiten zu besitzen, aber mit der Zeit werden diejenigen, die sie haben, diejenigen ersetzen, die sie nicht haben.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
