El viejo refr\u00e1n nos dice que \"la necesidad es la madre de la invenci\u00f3n\". Ciertamente, el a\u00f1o 2020 ha visto a muchos millones de personas utilizar nuevas herramientas y nuevas formas de trabajar que quiz\u00e1 nunca habr\u00edan probado de no ser por la pandemia. Para los que llevamos a\u00f1os intentando animar a la gente a pasarse al trabajo en la nube, eso tiene que ser algo bueno, \u00bfno? Bueno, s\u00ed y no...<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

La verdad es que para muchas personas, las experiencias que han tenido en los \u00faltimos meses en este nuevo mundo -un mundo de reuniones por v\u00eddeo, almacenamiento de archivos en l\u00ednea, comunicaci\u00f3n basada en el chat y trabajo colaborativo- no han sido \u00f3ptimas. En mi opini\u00f3n, existe el peligro real de que muchas de estas personas vuelvan a sus antiguas y m\u00e1s conocidas formas de trabajo si pueden. Y algunas de las empresas para las que trabajan podr\u00edan permitirlo. Sin embargo, las organizaciones inteligentes se dan cuenta de que el mundo ha cambiado, y responden a ese cambio e incluso lo adoptan. Al fin y al cabo, como dec\u00eda el general estadounidense Eric Shinseki a sus mandos, \"si os disgusta el cambio, os disgustar\u00e1 a\u00fan m\u00e1s la irrelevancia\".<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

La realidad es que el genio ha salido de la botella y no va a volver. Las organizaciones inteligentes son conscientes de ello y se est\u00e1n adaptando a las nuevas formas de trabajar. Las que logran el \u00e9xito en esta transici\u00f3n entienden que no basta con proporcionar nuevas herramientas y dejar que la gente lo descubra. El smartworking es una cultura, no un conjunto de herramientas, y las culturas tardan tiempo -a veces mucho- en establecerse hasta convertirse en el propio ADN de una organizaci\u00f3n. Fundamentalmente, como en tantas otras cosas, el \u00e9xito depende de la calidad del liderazgo.<\/p>

Tanto si su organizaci\u00f3n muestra ese tipo de liderazgo como si no, hay habilidades que cada uno puede desarrollar para ayudarnos a conseguir fluidez en las nuevas formas de trabajo. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 hacerlo? Bueno, un d\u00eda -y debido a la pandemia esto puede ser m\u00e1s pronto de lo que pensamos- todo el trabajo ser\u00e1 as\u00ed, y se espera que puedas contribuir en cualquier lugar, en cualquier momento y en cualquier dispositivo. No es necesario en todos los sectores -todav\u00eda- tener estas habilidades, pero con el tiempo, los que las tengan sustituir\u00e1n a los que no las tengan.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
