Mon expertise sp\u00e9cifique est la vente aux entreprises, mais en mettant cela de c\u00f4t\u00e9, je peux mieux comprendre leur contexte particulier et identifier les outils et les plateformes de collaboration intelligente qui r\u00e9pondront le mieux \u00e0 leurs besoins.<\/p>\n<p>De nos jours, presque tout le monde est \u00e0 l'aise avec les principales formes de communication en ligne.  Malheureusement, il existe souvent une relation difficile entre l'outil de communication \"officiel\" - le courrier \u00e9lectronique (un outil qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de de quelques d\u00e9cennies l'internet et les appareils mobiles et qui pr\u00e9sente des probl\u00e8mes et des limites bien document\u00e9s) - et les outils \"non officiels\" plus imm\u00e9diats et informels tels que WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger et autres.<\/p>\n<p>Cette fa\u00e7on de faire est d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9ment inefficace : trop de temps est consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la recherche d'informations ou au passage d'un silo \u00e0 l'autre, avec pour cons\u00e9quence des interruptions dans le flux d'informations fluide et continu.<\/p>\n<p>Je sugg\u00e8re toujours de passer \u00e0 une plateforme unique, plus int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, qui couvre tous les besoins de communication et de collaboration d'une entreprise.
